Details: 2//2/2024 survey noted some gaps in concrete well pedestal and air line. Matt forwarded pictures of the repairs to these items 6/21/24 and they are considered corrected. Begin taking quarterly coliform assessment samples from well #5 and keep working to build a protective housing for well 5.
