| Details: | E-mailed BHUPINDER SINGH MANDER that 2 of the 4 repeat water tests this week were coliform positive, including the well. Again discussed looking at what may be causing the positive tests and scheduling a time to contact a level 2 investigation. Provided instructions to disinfect the well. Reminded him to take another coliform test in July. |
