| Details: | Visited the system and met with the park manager Ivonne at site 15. We spoke about the repeat samples coming back positive and she said they park owner has called a pump company to come out and chlorinate the system. We performed a level 1 investigation and found that an irrigation line has been rigged up to the top of the well head which was disconnected. Also found that on the over flow valve on the storage tank the screen had slipped off. She said the maintenance man could repair that in the evening. No over items were noted during the investigation. |
