| Details: | Called the system contact to let him know about the coliform detection. Let him know that this has triggered a source sample at the spring & single repeat sample in the distribution system. Contact said he would be sure to take the follow up samples. He also indicated that he'd be out of town the following week & asked what to do if follow up sampling came back positive for coliform. Let him know that a boil will need to be issued if E.coli positive. If only total coliform, they will need to track down the source & take corrective action. He said he understood. | ||
