| Details: | I contacted Mr. Gregory and discussed the recent total coliform positive samples. He had a good understanding of an area upstream of the positive results and intends to shock chlorinate soon after taking some additional special samples to pinpoint contamination. He has also been issued a level 1 investigation form to complete. |
