| Details: | 2024 Survey report 09.26.2024 - The operator completed the system's operation and maintenance manual. Regarding chlorination, the system is shock chlorinated only at the beginning of the season. Sodium hypochlorite is not added to the system through the season. No further actions needed at this time. 07.02.2024 -Operator emailed me confirming that he has received the survey report and will be working on correcting the significant deficiencies and rule violations. 06.27.2024 - SS RPT and LTR submitted to operator. - Deficiencies: System has to update the Op and Maintenance Manual with SOPs for critical tasks to operate the system by September 30, 2024. Template for Op and Maintenance Manual provided via email. - No inventory updates. - Next steps: correct rule violations or significant deficiencies by September 30, 2024. |
