| Details: | Called operator Kelly regarding the Darlene fire that burned through the well site for the Lapine water system. The fire burned up to the fence on all sides of the well site but no fire or heat damage. Lapine fire was on site during the burn and fire never entered the defensible space inside the fence. Both well houses are concrete with metal roofs. Great success story for creating space between water infrastructure and fire fuels. Fire is currently moving to the east and the well site seems to be out of danger. |
