Details:	Plan review conditional approval 10.04.2024-The operator submitted photo documentation to DWS plan review engineer, showing the city hookup at the meter and back flow assembly. The system status has been updated to System Proposed. It will remain this way until they can connect to the new well as their source of drinking water. The operator was advised to provide as-built information showing how the listed condition of its public water system have been met.
