| Details: | 2024 Survey Report -09.19.2025 -I emailed the operator requesting an update on the status of the final plan review approval. 10.30.2024 -The plan review has been assigned to DWS region 2 plan review engineer, Rebecca Templin. Plan review documentation submitted by the operator have been forwarded to Rebecca. 09.18.2024 -Operator notified me through email that the plan review fee has been paid and information has been submitted to plan review engineer. 09.17.2024 -Operator submitted a coliform sampling plan. The plan is adequate. Survey deficiency corrected. - DWS approval needed for significant changes to the system. 07.02.2024 -Operator emailed me confirming that he has received the survey report and will be working on correcting the significant deficiencies and rule violations. 06.28.2024 - SS RPT and LTR emailed to the operator - Survey significant deficiencies and rule violations due by October 1, 2024. Updates: - System meets the criteria to return to one coliform sample per quarter. 1 routine sample per quarter to be taken beginning July 1, 2024. - Discontinued residual maintenance chlorination - System installed a UV reactor - Plan review needed for major changes |
