Details:	Today phone contact was made with the operator regarding the most recent sample that came back Total Coliform positive. Operator understands requirement to submit 3 repeat samples within 24 hours, a triggered well sample, as well as 3 temporary routine samples during the month of July 2024. Operator specified that he believes the UV system failed and that they will be servicing this immediately.
