| Details: | Operator was contacted about the triggered positive sample. Sample site was taken at: Common header. Common header in this instance is a combination of the water from both wells. The system has pitless adapters for wells AA and AB and does not have separate water taps for each of the wells. Operator was unclear about where the systems lines combined and was unsure where they would be able to install individual sample taps for each of the well. Operator shocked the holding tank and flushed the system. They planned to retake a sample at the common header 7.1.24. Await results. |
