TCR: 1 Routine sample(s) per Quarter to be taken 07/01/2024 - 09/30/2024 at DIST-A Follow up with Oregon Drinking Water Program for well assessment. Oregon Drinking Water will reach out to set up time for site visit. Operator notified all homes on system of recent testing results.
