| Details: | Survey 8/2/2023 noted no raw sample tap prior to down-hole injection of chlorine for taste and odor treatment. Visited site 7/2/24 and chlorine injection is now on the discharge line prior to contact chambers and a raw sample tap has been installed on the wellhead. (raw sample tap and treated sample tap should be raised with a turn-down faucet to facilitate sampling). | ||
