| Details: | Operator took a repeat sample in distribution after shocking the holding tank and flushing the lines. Sample taken after shocking the holding tank and flushing the lines was still positive. Operator came into regulator's office and spoke about the water system. Operator plans to install two separate samples taps for each well and potentially cap part of a line that is not being used. Next steps: Once raw water sample taps are installed, take samples at source AA and AB these samples should be labeled triggered on lab paperwork. Take routine sample in distribution between 07-02-24 and 09-30-24 and submit to lab. |
