| Details: | The water system had collected a coliform bacteria sample on 6/24/24. The was a communication delay both with OHA and the water system. The operator on site has been on leave and the message of the positive result was not forwarded on from the lab. Miguel was not aware of the positive result but was going to work with the lab and work on getting the follow up samples in by 7/5. The holiday has added an additional challenge to sample processing. Follow up samples needed by 7/5: 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. Further action may be needed depending on results. | ||
