| Details: | Tammi called with questions about the coliform issue and the next steps to take. I informed her about the Level 1 investigation, identifying the possible contamination issue, fixing the issue and shock chlorinating the system. The facility will be required to collect 3 temporary routine samples in February. I e-mailed Tammi the Level 1 form and informed her to return it to me as soon as possible. | ||
