| Details: | Vasquez Farms-Labor Camp has been issued violations for no repeat samples or source sample submitted following the total coliform alert. They were required to submit 3 repeat samples and one triggered source sample. Since they did not complete these samples in a timely manner, they must complete a Level 1 investigation form and return it to me within 30 days. Form is attached to the email and they will also be receiving it in the mail. If the water system collected the repeats before 7/7/2024 and they were absent but just did not get them reported yet then we can close out the investigation when they report the results. If the repeats were not collected then the investigation is needed. |
