| Details: | Mr. Shaver emailed my department images of the significant deficiency repairs noted in the 11/17/2023 Water System Survey. The deficiency corrections are as follow: 1.) The screened vent assembly for Tank 2 has been reattached and a new screen was installed on it. 2.) A screened cover was installed on the tank drain for Tank 2. This was initially corrected in May 2024 but they decided to upgrade the metal screens with new material. 3.) A screened cover was installed on the overflow drain for Tank 2. This was initially corrected in May 2024 but they decided to upgrade the metal screens with new material. |
