| Details: | Visited King Silver RV Park and talked to Tony Simon, Owner. 1. Storage tank is sealed. 2. Emergency Response Plan is completed. 3. Coliform Sampling Plan is completed. 4. Operation and Maintenance Plan completed. 5. Chlorine is measured and recorded twice weekly. Plan to completed by March 1, 2019: Intends to extend well head at least 1' above ground. Intends to complete arsenic tests for center and west wells. |
