| Details: | The water system had collected follow up coliform samples on 7/5/24. Three repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample were collected. Two of the repeat samples were positive for total coliform. The system has to fill out the level 1 investigation form and send in the DWS in 30 days. The form was emailed to Miguel on 7/8/24. Additional follow up coliform samples needed in July are (3) routine coliform samples. Further action may be needed depending on the results. |
