| Details: | The system had collected a routine sample on 11/1/18 and tested positive for total coliform bacteria. I called and spoke with Jacob who had purchased the business from his parents. An inventory update was submitted to DMCE. To follow up on the positive coliform sample, 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample are to be collected as soon as possible (within 10 days after the positive sample). In December, 3 routine samples are needed. Further action will be based on the results. | ||
