| Details: | I contacted Mr. Hanson this day and discussed repeats due (4) and temporary routines for February 2019. Also discussed the possibility of TC+ based on swivel faucet and/or added filtration system near the sample site. I informed him an L1 investigation form would be issued and is required to be completed and submitted to me within 30 days. |
