| Details: | I called Willy Kelsey to follow up regarding the system's Coliform Sampling Plan. Willy says that Columbia Laboratories is coming out to the location tomorrow and he will print out and forward the Coliform Sampling Plan document to them to possibly complete. I emailed the CSP form to Willy to print out and hand to the lab worker(s). Willy also provided an update on his work on the wellhead and surrounding areas. During the survey the wellhead's exterior showed considerable deterioration. Willy says he has sanded the outside of the wellhead, added a steel bonding primer with metal paint, and filled the cracks in the concrete surrounding the wellhead with a concrete crack sealer. |
