Details:	2024 Survey Report 07.11.2024 -Operator confirmed receipt of the survey report. photos of the new location for CFE turbidity monitoring provided. Water system deficiency page updated. All significant deficiencies noted in the survey have been corrected. No further actions needed at this time. 07.10.2024 - Operator notified on 07.10.2024 - One rule violation pending. Corrective action due 08.28.204. - Updates: System is chlorinating with sodium hypochlorite. No longer using Calcium hypochlorite.
