| Details: | Received complaint about no water in the mornings for the homes on the upper section of Long Butte Water system. Complainant reports no water during the morning for 3 days and no acceptable response from the new owners Avion. Called Avion and spoke with Marc. Avion is aware of the problem and working today 7/11 to install a 2" intertie with their Greater Avion system which is adjacent on the SE side. This will provide additional water to relieve demand pressure and allow the two existing wells and reservoir to keep up with demand. Avion expects to have this temporary fix in place by end of day 7/11/24. I contacted complainant with this update. Avion will be submitted contact info for the ownership change which took place last week. |
