| Details: | Called Karl at 4:30pm on 7/11/24 and left a message with front desk staff that the Consumer Confidence Report was due on 7/1/24 and has not been submitted. Staff member said that Karl will call back when he is in the office. Karl called at 9:00am on 7/15 and states that the CCR was sent out on May 2nd, but that they forgot to get a letter sent to the state. Karl states that the letter will get sent out ASAP. |
