| Details: | Follow up for violation 3419130 for no 2nd quarter coliform. This system supplies a licensed food facility and two consecutive missed routine samples constitutes a priority violation. Spoke with owner Pam and she will take 3rd quarter routine coliform asap to get back on track. System is an OVS and may be eligible for reduced sampling after 8 consecutive on-time absent coliform results. System has taken 3 nitrate samples in a row and I will change schedule to every 3 yrs. | ||
