| Details: | The water system had collected a routine sample on 10/10/18 and it tested positive for total coliform bacteria. In responding to the alert, there was an administrative contact change to Mary. Kuo was coming out to take the follow up samples on 10/16/18. Two of the repeat samples were positive for total coliform. The other repeat and source samples were absent for bacteria. A level 1 investigation form was performed by the park manager. There had been a break in the water line and the maintenance person had been recently replaced. Lines were repaired and flushed. Samples collected in November and December were absent for bacteria. | ||
