| Details: | I spoke with operator regarding the arsenic exceedance (.0163 mg/l). He says that they will be hauling water until their arsenic treatment system has been newly installed, running and received final plan approval. He has completed the arsenic public notice and will be distributing them to residents. As for now, they have signed a water storage agreement and submitted an application for additional water rights with OWRD. 7/10: A conference call took place between State DWS Enforcement partners, State technical services, the owner, a contractor, and myself to talk about the arsenic treatment system and what progress has been made. |
