| Details: | I informed Mr, Tamaska that the system did not submit a quarterly coliform sample in both the third quarter of 2023 and the second quarter of 2024, causing a second quarterly violation in the last year. He said he collected and submitted a coliform sample on 7-10-24, which can serve as the make up sample. I informed him that the system is still required to collect the normal quarterly sample by the end of this quarter, at least one week after the make up sample, and report it within 10 days of the end of this quarter. Failure to do so will result in coliform monitoring being increased to monthly. |
