| Details: | Brian Bell called to discuss significant deficiencies related to unscreened well vent. He said that the well was previously covered by a large concrete lid that required a crane to lift. He has recently installed a metal manhole cover instead but isn't sure that this will meet drinking water requirements for screen. I referred him to Ryan Zastrow and Bill Goss/Amy Word for technical assistance. Brian wants to make sure the issue is resolved as soon as he can. | ||
