| Details: | I spoke with the operator about the confirmed total coliform samples. All repeats and the triggered source were TC+. We discussed the level 1 investigation form and I sent a copy and requested it be completed and returned ASAP. The operator agreed to do so. We discussed that the system is on monthly sampling and will return to their normal routine sampling next month. We discussed shock chlorinating the well and distribution system. I emailed links to the well shocking page for operators and the well shocking presentation offered to domestic well owners on the DWS website. The operator intends to shock the well and distribution system. |
