| Details: | I talked to the store manager Anthony Dobbins. There UV light is out and is supposed to be replaced on Thursday. Then will need to be sampled again. You need 1 sample from the kitchen sink, same location as last time. Also a sample from the hand wash sink and the restroom sink. You also need a source sample from before the treatment. Please take these samples to the lab as soon as your UV light is replaced. | ||
