| Details: | I called and spoke with Jesus and explained the BCA has been cancelled due to not complying with deadlines and now an AO has been issued. I explained the timelines in the AO and asked Jesus if he has any questions. I emailed him a copy of the order. He said he has the funding to install treatment and will move forward now. I informed him that he is in risk of civil penalties if he does not comply with timelines in the AO. I also let him know this is a last resort and the preferred solution is for the system to install arsenic treatment to protect public health asap. I also reminded him it is time to reissue a public notice (every 3 months) and to send me a copy after he has issued it. | ||
