Details:	07.18.2024 - DWS reviewed the documents submitted on July 7, 2024, DWS has taken the following determination: - The technical memorandum from Consor Engineering provided a corrected baffling factor of 32%. Going forward, please revise the CT formulas on the Excel sheet using the 32% baffling factor to calculate daily CT values. - As noted in the 2024 survey report, please update the required CT table to use the 0.5 log giardia inactivation CTs. - A new tracer study is needed if the plant is operating at peak flows that exceeds the 2002 tracer study design (peak flow of 3513 gpm). The system’s data online deficiency page will be updated shortly to show that the survey deficiency has been corrected. no further actions needed at this time. 07.10.2024 - -Coos Bay North Bend Water Board provided a response to the 2024 System Survey deficiency. The operator informed me that he added the 0.5 Giardia Chloramines CT Table and the documentation for the Water Board’s CT calculations. 05.29.2024 - Survey completed on 04.05.24. Operator notified today. - Significant deficiencies noted. Due date 07.17.2024.
