| Details: | Mark Hedrick emailed and let me know about the two positive repeat samples and that they have the UV treatment system out for bid. Informed Mr. Hedrick he will be receiving a level 1 investigation in the mail. I also suggested they perform a corrective action such as shock chlorination and sent him a copy of their monitoring schedule. | ||
