| Details: | I called and left a message for Jessica Perryman regarding the positive total coliform repeat and triggered sample results. I then emailed both JJ Olson and Jessica a copy of the Level 1 Coliform Investigation checklist, noting that since Hiland WC - Barger is an OVS System and the results were not e. coli positive, the Level 1 Investigation is a strong recommendation to identify what might have caused the positive results, rather than a requirement, necessarily. | ||
