| Details: | TC + TEST Results: on 01.19.2019 I tried contacting Mr. Bud Guinn, but no one answered the phone. On 01.23.2019 I was able to talk to Mr. Guinn over the phone. I instructed Mr. Guinn to collect one sample at the wellhead (Triggered sample) and 3 repeat samples. Repeat samples are to be collected: One at the site that tested positive, one within five connections upstream and one within five connections downstream. On 01.25.2019 Mister Guinn informed me that the 3 repeat samples and the Triggered sample came back positive for Total Coliform. Next step: A copy of the L1 investigation form was emailed to Mr. Guinn. The water system operator will proceed with the L1 investigation and corrective actions. A copy of the completed form will be emailed back to me within 30 days. 3 temporary routine samples will be collected by the end of February, 2019. |
