| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator regarding recent total coliform positive. Operator was taking special samples when one was inadvertently recorded. In addition, facility had low water volume in well and had to bring in hauled water. The test of this water was TC positive. Operator understands that they must let drinking water know when they switch to hauled water. In addition, facility is responsible for 3 repeats and a triggered well sample immediately as well as three temporary routines during August 2024. |
