| Details: | Justin is the new owner of Garland Nursery. He called because he received a violation notice regarding a missed routine coliform sample for the 2nd quarter of 2024. We discussed OVSS rule, the ongoing issues with elevated nitrates, coliform sampling requirements, the OVSS designation verses a TNC designation. He confirmed that restrooms with sinks are provided to guests and that coffee service is provided. I have reached out to Daniel Hough to see if we can coordinate a site visit. |
