| Details: | 7/15/24 raw and finished samples rejected by lab due to sample location labeling error. OHA requested operator collect another raw and finished water sample due to evidence indicating sample locations of 7/15 samples were accidently switched (e.g. visual observation of samples by lab tech, prelim results showing raw non-detect when microcystins being detected a high levels by other systems, operator confirming possible sample labeling issue). Also notified operator to return to daily finished water monitoring due to 7/11 detection at the entry point. | ||
