| Details: | Level 2 coliform investigation completed on 07.24.2024. The failure of the chlorine injection pump was identified as the main cause of the multiple E. Coli samples. Next steps: The chlorine injection pump was fixed, and the chlorination system is back online. The operator should verify free chlorine concentration is recorded when coliform samples are collected. Recommend using a non-swivel type faucet for coliform sampling to prevent cross contamination.
