| Details: | I spoke with Mr. Hamor on the phone. He realized he had taken a second sample to the lab in the first quarter and accidently missed the second quarter. He has already taken in a follow up and he just wanted to confirm that the violation would be resolved if he continued taking in routine samples on time and that there was nothing else he had to do to return to compliance. | ||
