| Details: | Mr. Chellman called inquiring about violation cards being received at Alpine Water Company. I reviewed SDWIS and found that routine quarterly samples were missing. I returned Mr. Chellman's call. We spoke about the OVSS rules and discussed testing reductions to annually sampling once eight consecutive quarters of absent routine coliform samples are posted. We also reviewed the nitrate schedule and noted that a reduction to a three sampling schedule has been granted. |
