| Details: | I spoke with Jerry regarding the MPA requirement and previous monthly assessment monitoring results. Based on the conversation it was determined that the water system was sampling at the incorrect location to be considered a raw water sample tap. The water system has since installed a new sample tap at the wellhead and restarted the monthly assessment monitoring for a period of one year. The MPA sampling requirement is postponed pending the monthly AS sampling results. | ||
