| Details: | Contacted Jennifer to inform her of the requirement to conduct a Level 2 investigation within 30 days. This is do to the failure to submit repeats and a triggered source sample following a total coliform positive sample. I will work with Jennifer to schedule a time to come out there and conduct the investigation. UPDATE 8/6: NO LEVEL 2 NECESSARY. SAMPLE WERE TAKEN 8/2 AND SUBMITTED 8/5. |
