Details:	(7/24/24) - Returned Debbie's call regarding their recent Special coliform sample that was collected after the plumbing repairs were finished. The sample tested negative, but they were concerned because two residents reported being ill after drinking the water and not boiling it. Discussed that many things can cause a person to become ill and there are follow-up questions on symptoms, incubation period, foods eaten and other activities that could expose someone to an illness. Discussed collecting more than one coliform sample to get an idea of the entire distribution system. Debbie stated that once she receives the results, she will send them to the county. (7/25/24) - Spoke with Debbie regarding the complaint and on-going water issues. The system has been on a Boil Water Advisory since 7/11/24 due to consistent plumbing repairs in the system that have caused a loss of pressure. Debbie stated that no spaces are completely lacking water, but there are about 4 with a lower water pressure (but it is still above 20 psi). They have reached out to all the spaces early this month to inform them of the Boil Water Advisory and to check on their specific concerns. Many residents have been unhappy that the repair process as been taking so long. She did inform me that they collected 3 more coliform samples around the park yesterday after our conversation and the results should be ready today or tomorrow. (7/30/24) - Some of the Special samples tested positive for Total Coliform. Debbie asked for companies they can contract with to help flush the system.
