| Details: | I called Todd Pentrack regarding a recent routine water sample that tested positive for total coliform, and left a message stating that one "triggered" source sample from the well, and three "repeat" samples from distribution are required to be collected within 24 hours. I specified that one of the repeats is to be from the same tap that yielded the positive results, one from a tap within 5 sample taps from upstream that tap, and one from a tap within 5 sample taps downstream from that tap. |
