| Details: | Informed Doug that he needed to complete the Level 1 investigation form and return it to us within 30 days. I also reminded him to have the 3 routine samples done. One of his 3 repeat samples had come back positive for total coliform. He was informed that if he did not complete these activities the system would have to move to monthly sampling. | ||
