| Details: | 6/18/24 survey noted no CCR or ASR, flooding pump vault and fertilizer storage w/in 100' setback from well. 2023 CCR was submitted to me and I forwarded to DWP. Still need Certification form which I sent to operator Eric. Sump pump has been repaired and pump house vault now drains properly. Operator is working with resort ownership to get fertilizer moved. | ||
